Symbols and coexistence, Street Photography./ Monomad Challenge [Eng/Esp]

The city almost always speaks to me.

Obviously, not with words, but with scenes that cross my path and linger in my mind, like a kind of symbol, speaking of identity, which has always been there, but I have overlooked it.

So I walk along and notice that everything coexists in harmony. I walk through the streets with a strange feeling, as if I belong and yet at the same time I don't. As if I were walking through a familiar place that I never quite understand.

La ciudad casi siempre me habla.

Obviamente, no con palabras, sino con escenas que se van cruzando frente a mí y se quedan dando vueltas en mi cabeza, como una especie de símbolo,que hablan de identidad, que siempre han estado, pero los he pasado desapercibidos.

Entonces voy caminando y noto que todo convive en armonía. Avanzo por las calles con una sensación extraña, como si perteneciera y no al mismo tiempo. Como si caminara por un sitio conocido que, sin embargo, nunca termino de comprender del todo.

Quizás la ciudad no necesita decirme nada más, confía en mi habilidad de observador.
