Hello, friends of #blackandwhite

I met them a few months ago while resting in the Plaza de Armas in Old Havana. I had only been sitting there for 10 minutes when some young people began to arrive to do a calisthenics demonstration. The truth is that I had never participated in one in person before, and I was amazed by the mental and physical control of those people. This couple approached me somewhat shyly to see if I could take some photos of them, of course!!!! I wasn't going to say no... since then, we've become good friends, and I often see them doing their exercises outdoors. This time it was at the Safari Habana event. I honestly didn't expect to see them, but it was a pleasant surprise.

We shared a moment together, and they let me take some photos of them where, more than their strength, the love they had for each other was very evident. And now I am happy to share them with you.

Hola, amigos de #blackandwhite

Los conocí hace algunos meses mientras descansaba en la Plaza de Armas en La Habana Vieja, apenas llevaba 10 minutos sentado y comenzaron a llegar algunos jóvenes para hacer una demostración de calistenia. La verdad es que nunca había participado de forma presencial en una y me resultó increíble el control mental y físico de aquellas personas. ¡Esta pareja se me acercó con algo de timidez para ver si le podía hacer algunas fotos, por supuesto!!!! No me iba a negar... a partir de ahí hemos creado una bonita amistad y suelo encontrarlos muy a menudo haciendo sus ejercicios al aire libre. Esta vez fue en el evento Safari Habana, la verdad no imaginé verlos, pero fue grata la sorpresa.

Allí compartimos y me dejaron hacerles algunas fotografías donde más que la fuerza era muy evidente el amor que se profesaban. Y ahora con mucho gusto se las comparto.
