Teddy bear with clay | DIYHub
Hello everyone! I hope you all are feeling well.
Today, I decided to make something special because I had been free since the morning and was getting bored. I sat in my room and thought about what I could do.
I looked around and noticed a packet of clay. I thought I could create something with this clay.
I took the clay and sat down in my room, starting to shape it with my hands. I shaped the clay for a while, and then I wondered what I could create.
I looked at the clay and thought I could make a cute teddy bear with it. This is first try to make teddy with clay.
Let's start making it.
Step-by-Step Procedure:
Take a clay and knead it in hands to make it soft and pliable. I can use pink colour for my teddy bear.
Roll small piece of clay into a round ball. This will be the teddy bear's head.
Roll another small ball of clay into an oval or rounded shape to form the teddy bear's body. This will be the largest part of my teddy bear.
Attach the head to the body by gently pressing them together.
Roll small pieces of black clay for the eyes and a small piece of yellow and black clay for the nose.
Attach the eyes and nose to the teddy bear’s face. I can also add a smile or other details with a black and yellow piece of clay.
For the arms, I roll two longer pieces of clay into elongated oval shapes and attach them to the sides of the body.
Similarly, for the legs, I roll two small pieces of clay into oval or rounded shapes and attach them to the bottom of the body. I can slightly curve the legs to give a sitting position it's desired.
Roll two small balls of clay and flatten them slightly into small oval shapes. Then add a small yellow piece of clay in rouned shape. These will be the teddy bear's ears.
Attach them to the top of the head by pressing them gently.
My cute teddy bear is now ready! I can display it as a decoration.
When I finished the teddy bear, I looked at it and felt really happy. I thought I had made something special, and I had achieved my goals.
This is the final look of my teddy bear:
I hope you all are like my first experience to make teddy bear with clay.
Encourage me always.
