The seasonal garden fruits “Prunes” 🍃🌿

Hello everyone, today I will take everyone to pick prunes in the garden. This is the season of prunes that are starting to come into season. Another fruit that is popular and loved by many people.

There are many types of prunes, small and large, red, purple and yellow. The benefits of prunes include helping with bowel movements, nourishing bones, helping to resist free radicals, nourishing the heart, skin, etc.

And today I will take everyone to the garden. There are only a few trees at home. They are small red and yellow varieties. There are so many of them that they fall off and can hardly be eaten. Sometimes I will pick them to eat when they are not yet ripe. They will be very sour, but I will dip them in chili salt.

In addition to the garden at home, the day we went to my grandmother's house, I found a large prune tree sold in the mall and a bright red variety. So I took pictures for everyone to see. I picked 2-3 of each to try.

After taking the pictures, I turned to see a cat climbing the tree secretly looking at me. They are very cute.
