Glad you've realized just how much importance it is to take care of yourself when you're well. I admire those who can paint or draw too, it's a beautiful hobby to have.

I think we sometimes forget to take care of ourselves when everything seems fine, and that’s exactly when we need it the most.
And yes, drawing or painting feels very special… maybe one day I’ll allow myself to try it without overthinking it.
