Aquí presento mi primera clave para mi Bienestar
1.-Desconectarme a ciertas horas de la tecnología.
Reflexione acerca de esto. Tomé mis propias pautas para ello:
-Desconecté notificaciones en todas las redes que estaban activadas.
-Solo yo busco lo que quiero escuchar y a qué horas hacerlo.
-En la hora del descanso breve, después del almuerzo: teléfono fuera de la habitación.
-En la noche a las 9:00 pm, desconectado el wifi.

2.-Mantener mi organización en los espacios que utilizo

3.-Vivimos procesos
-Siempre hemos practicado el no tener los celulares en la mesa cuando desayunamos, almorzamos o cenamos, lo hemos mantenido.
4.- En mi vida personal soy cuidadosa en que respeten mis momentos

Keys to my Well-being and Balance.
Every day brings a new learning experience or a new way of looking at our well-being, in that quest to feel good within everything around us. It's that simple. I hadn't seen it as key to continuing in those moments that bring us joy, to being grateful for everything around us and what we have.
With this world changing so quickly in relation to technology, I've gone through many moments, for example, listening to music I hadn't listened to in a long time, watching interviews with figures of interest in the fields of education, science, and spirituality, and spending hours playing games. Although I'm not a gamer, at first I felt a need to be 100% connected, regardless of work schedules, rest periods, or anything else.
Here I present my first key to my Well-being.
- Disconnect from technology at certain times.
As I explained in the previous paragraph, I was deeply immersed in social media and other online activities. Time has passed, and so have my tastes and needs. I feel like the need isn't the same anymore, and the results were affecting me (for a few months, I would lie down in bed after dinner, focus on watching movies, finish one and start another, and so on until dawn). As a result, my sleep was completely disrupted.
I reflected on this. I adopted my own guidelines for this:
- I turned off notifications on all the social media that were active.
- I only search for what I want to listen to and at what times to do so.
- During my short break after lunch: keep my phone out of the room.
- At night, at 9:00 pm, I disconnected the Wi-Fi.
These are some of my guidelines; these have helped me a lot. I've freed up a little more time when I do something on the computer between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., or no later than 8:00 p.m. This may change depending on the activity; I try to respect my downtime.
- Maintain my organization in the spaces I use.
For this purpose, we've never used a TV in the bedroom; we've respected this (I consider the bedroom to be for resting).
The workspace, or office, as I call it, is solely for that purpose: for creativity, production, and developing skills in using technology, as I always write, at my own pace.
So, I try not to alter each of the spaces in my house, designated for its purpose.
- We live in a process where every day there are people who don't need face-to-face relationships. At least I try to meet with some, not every day, but at least once a week. Try not to lose that contact.
We've always practiced not having cell phones on the table when we have breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and we've maintained this.
In my personal life, I'm careful to ensure that my time is respected (I've learned this over time; while I'm in my little office, as I call it, don't disturb me). There are activities that require concentration or moments of enjoyment, like when I'm making recipes and adapting ingredients. I like to enjoy them without being interrupted.
My self-care is important, and I've learned to respect it and realize its importance. Here, in addition to walking, I've joined a group of physical activities. In addition to building interpersonal relationships, there's also sharing.
This is a process we're adapting to as we become aware of the need for it.
