How I stay focused in the world full of distractions
Greetings to all the readers here,
Life moves quite fast, and we are always very busy to give our time to all the things we want. For example, I am someone who is into playing computer games, but as I have grown up, now I am not able to give that much time to playing games, though I still want to. Similarly, you can be someone who might want to play any sport, but because of your busy schedule, you are simply unable to give your time to it.

So, sometimes it actually gets really tough on how to dedicate our time or how to stay focused on what really are our priorities. We try to manage everything, but at the end of the day, we feel like we are missing something. So here is what I personally practice to make sure that I don't end up giving time to the things that are not so important for me and stay dedicated and focused on the main task of my life. Time management is one of the things that I practice, which is how I am able to help myself stay focused on my main task. I generally divide my priority tasks every day before going to bed. For example, if tomorrow I have to work for 6 hours on a project, I arrange my time in such a way one day prior to that day that I don't have to think about organizing my time when the day actually comes. Things that I love to do like playing computer games or going out to a restaurant to spend some quality time with my family, these are things that I keep for the weekends or for the days when the workload is less. I don't think too much about giving time to all these things on a daily basis as there is always a balance that needs to be maintained between the two. So when it comes to Monday to Friday, I am very strict with my work. I pay attention to what I want to do and I don't get diverted most of the time. Similarly, when weekends arrive, I am very strict that my weekends are only for myself and my family and I'm not going to give those two days to any other thing. No work, nothing at all in those two days. Even on holidays, I am very strict about giving my time only to my family and myself. Source
So this is how I stay focused. My brain knows that I'm not giving up on anything, I'm just arranging things based on my priority, which is important for my own self. I work from Monday to Friday, stay dedicated to my work, and then when the weekends arrive or when the holidays are there, I give time to myself for playing games, playing sports, or going out with my family. This is how I make sure to stay focused and not get diverted from what I am doing in my life.
