Hoy es un gran día para responder y compartir las preguntas que nos trae esta semana la amiga @cautiva-30, sin más preámbulo, manos a la obra.

1- Al escuchar ciertas palabras después de cometer un error y sentirte juzgado y atacado en lo más profundo de tu ser, ¿qué opinas de esta frase: "Te lo dije"? ¿Se la dirías también a otra persona?
Cuando me equivoco, necesito un acompañamiento empatico para hacer más llevadero el daño o la metida de pata, te lo dije viene siendo una frase perfecta para destruir a quien ya esta destruido, estando en esa posición no es un "te lo dije" lo que espero escuchar, eso es acrecentar el sentimiento de culpa, me genera ira, rabia resentimiento por sentirme incomprendida y expuesta, cuando yo se que lo hice mal, no es necesario que me lo recuerden a cada rato, basado en todo eso, no utilizaría esa frase con alguien así le haya advertido que eso sucedería y no me hizo caso, echarle en cara lo que hizo mal sería como echarle sal a la herida, más bien trato de ser amable, de ser empatica y ponerme en su lugar y si no tengo algo bueno que decirle opto por callar.

1- When you hear certain words after making a mistake and feeling judged and attacked to the core, what do you think of this phrase: "I told you so"? Would you also say it to someone else? When I make a mistake, I need empathetic support to make the hurt or the blunder more bearable. I told you so is a perfect phrase to destroy someone who is already destroyed. Being in that position, "I told you so" is not what I expect to hear; that increases the feeling of guilt. It generates anger, rage, and resentment for feeling misunderstood and exposed. When I know I did wrong, there's no need to be reminded of it all the time. Based on all that, I wouldn't use that phrase with someone even if I warned them it would happen and they didn't listen. Blaming them for what they did wrong would be like rubbing salt in the wound. Instead, I try to be kind, empathetic, and put myself in their shoes, and if I don't have anything nice to say, I choose to remain silent.

2- De todas las especies del reino animal, si pudieras ser una de ellas, ¿cuál elegirías? ¿Con cuál te identificarías y por qué?
Me visualizo como un caballo, son animales con los que siempre me he sentido conectada, con los que he tenido contacto físico y visual, me han hecho sentir como si entendieran mi sentir, mi energía, en sus ojos encuentro nobleza al montarlo, en cada trote puedo sentir la frescura del viento en mi cara, me dan calma y relajación. al apear me queda la sensación de fuerza y libertad que transmiten, amo, amo a los caballos y puedo sentir si están contentos, a gusto o infelices con su jinete, fácilmente podía ser un caballo en mi yo del reino animal.

2- Of all the species in the animal kingdom, which would you choose? Which one would you identify with, and why? I visualize myself as a horse. They're animals I've always felt connected to, with whom I've had physical and visual contact. They've made me feel as if they understood my feelings, my energy. I find nobility in their eyes when I ride them. With every trot, I can feel the freshness of the wind on my face. They give me calm and relaxation. When I
dismount, I feel the sensation of strength and freedom they transmit. I love, love horses, and I can sense whether they're happy, content, or unhappy with their rider. I could easily be a horse in my animal kingdom self.

No soy tan grande, fuerte ni audaz pero si soy noble y sensible como un caballo por eso me identifico mucho con ellos, me parecen seres vivos tan sensibles, salvajes, nobles, tienen mucha actitud, determinación, tienen la capacidad de inmediatamente captar todo lo que los rodea, son símbolos de eternidad y fuerza.
El caballo es un animal de manada pero adaptativo, de movimientos libres y constantes, se deja dominar, de decisiones propias, necesita libertad y voluntad para expresarse, no le gusta la agresividad, perdona fácilmente, entiende nuestro estado de ánimo, percibe nuestra energía, es agradecido, creo que sería el perfecto compañero de un humano.

I'm not as big, strong, or bold, but I am as noble and sensitive as a horse, which is why I identify so much with them. I think they are such sensitive, wild, noble living beings. They have a lot of attitude, determination, and the ability to immediately grasp everything around them. They are symbols of eternity and strength. The horse is a herd animal, but it is adaptable, with free and constant movement. It allows itself to be dominated and makes its own decisions. It needs freedom and willpower to express itself. It doesn't like aggression, it forgives easily, it understands our moods, it perceives our energy, and it is grateful. I think it would be the perfect companion for a human.

Estos animales nos enseñan más de lo que podemos imaginar, a ser pacientes, coherentes, honestos, presentes, nos habla con su cuerpo, con su respiración, con su energía, con su mirada y nosotros aprendemos a escucharlo con el alma, sin requerir palabras.

Para establecer conexión con ellos solo basta con nuestra amabilidad, calma, enfoque y presencia, son seres excepcionales reciben, dan y no juzgan, me encantan los caballos desde muy pequeña aprendí a cuidarlos, respetarlos, tenerles confianza, montarlo y a entenderlos.

These animals teach us more than we can imagine: to be patient, consistent, honest, and present. They speak to us with their bodies, their breath, their energy, and their gaze, and we learn to listen to them with our souls, without words. To connect with them, all it takes is our kindness, calm, focus, and presence. They are exceptional beings who receive, give, and don't judge. I love horses. From a very young age, I learned to care for them, respect them, trust them, ride them, and understand them.
