Traveling alone or accompanied |contest LOH 238 [Eng/Esp]
Today I decided to participate for the first time in the community, because I find the proposed questions interesting, and this is what I think. The human being, in view of the different occupations he carries out at any given time, will need a rest to recover energy, either because he works, studies, or does other activities that result in mental exhaustion.
That is why travel is used as an alternative to drain all that tiredness through different options that are not possible in the daily routine. It should be noted that you can travel alone or accompanied, in my particular case, when I was single I never traveled alone somewhere for pleasure or to meditate.
Since it was not considered a priority for me, if I wanted to meditate alone, I did it from the comfort of my home to find myself. Also going for a walk to a square or park to think without having to leave my home and family was feasible.
Now that I have a family, I do not see myself traveling alone without my family, I think we should all enjoy equally. In those places where you go, you observe new things, you learn ideas that perhaps in the usual environment are not visible, which allows you to take hold of vitality to face with enthusiasm what is generated in life.
Traveling with my girls is great, because they are happy and amazed by what they see, I am happy when my husband takes us out for a walk to have a different moment. I have traveled with friends and the experience is enriching, I have laughed at their jokes, I have played, because the environment lends itself to it.

The most we have traveled is a week to the countryside or the beach, allowing us to have quality time with the family and to strengthen emotional ties with them. Those memories are stored for posterity with love and affection.
To conclude, I can say that traveling is the best thing for my family and me, you just have to have time, money and the desire to do it.

Hoy decidí participar por primera vez en la comunidad, porque me parecen interesantes las preguntas propuestas, y esto es lo que pienso. El ser humano, ante las diversas ocupaciones que ejerce en algún momento dado, necesitará un descanso para recuperar energías, ya sea porque trabaja, estudia, hace otras actividades que trae como consecuencia agotamiento mental.
Es por ello que se acude a los viajes como alternativa para drenar todo ese cansancio a través de diferentes opciones que cotidianamente no son posibles en la rutina diaria. Cabe destacar que se puede viajar sola o acompañada, en mi caso particular, cuando estaba soltera nunca viajaba sola a algún lugar por placer o para meditar.
Ya que no fue considerado como una prioridad para mí, si quería meditar a solas, lo hacía desde la comodidad de mi hogar para encontrarme conmigo misma. También el salir a caminar a una plaza o parque para pensar sin tener que dejar mi casa y mi familia fue factible.
Ahora que tengo una familia constituida, no me veo viajando sola sin mi familia, pienso que todos debemos disfrutar por igual. En esos lugares al que se va, se observan cosas nuevas, se aprende ideas que quizás en el entorno habitual no son visibles, lo cual permite apoderarse de vitalidad para afrontar con entusiasmo lo que se genere en la vida.
El viajar con mis niñas es genial, porque ellas se alegran y se asombran de lo que ven, me siento feliz cuando mi esposo nos saca a pasear para tener un momento diferente. Se ha viajado con amigos y la experiencia es enriquecedora, me he reído de sus chistes, he jugado, porque el ambiente se presta para ello.

Lo máximo que se ha viajado es una semana al campo o la playa, permitiendo tener tiempo de calidad con la familia y estrechar lazos afectivos con ellos. Esos recuerdos vividos quedan almacenados para la posteridad con amor y cariño.
Para finalizar, puedo decir que viajar es lo mejor para mi familia y yo, solo hay que tener tiempo, dinero y las ganas de hacerlo.
