LOH Contest #241 Change a basic technical skill to an automated one / Cambiar una habilidad técnica básica por otra automatizada. (ENG / ESP)
Greetings dear community,
Immediately mastering one skill, forgetting another, is one of this week's proposals.
When we talk about people's skills, the reference is to those abilities and aptitudes that allow them to perform some activity; these can be innate or acquired.
Skills can be classified into hard skills, which are those technical abilities that are learned through education. Soft skills, which are those personal attributes that can be innate or learned. There are the conceptual ones, which are the abilities to understand ideas and analyze situations to develop strategies; and the life skills, which are those that allow us to face the day to day and go in search of a better quality of life.
Taking this into account and reflecting on the question proposed for this dynamic, I would exchange one of my hard skills for another hard skill, that is, I would exchange it to update the one I have and improve my skills.
As a marketing professional I would like to master the technical skill of digital marketing automation, to know how to configure and manage the platforms to optimize the work, be more efficient and serve more customers in less time, so I can be more competitive.
Technical skills today are evolving rapidly and if I do not take the decision to replace that skill that I developed so long ago, to perform the work in social networks manually with only content creation, for those that are currently being offered through applications with artificial intelligence, understanding it as an opportunity for speed, agility and better performance, I could lose customers and not be at par with these new times.
Both methodologies have advantages and disadvantages, that is the opportunity to have the technical ability to practice marketing and know what to stop using.
Finally, the result is not to replace the activity, it is to raise my ability to perform that management, integrating the new technologies that marketing is using, being more of a strategist and understanding the new operability, replacing the old manual ways with the new automated ones, such as personalization and data analysis, dedicating more time to creativity and critical thinking.

Dominar de manera inmediata una habilidad, olvidando otra, es una de las propuestas de esta semana.
Cuando hablamos de las habilidades de las personas, la referencia es a esas capacidades y aptitudes que les permite realizar alguna actividad; estas pueden ser innatas o adquiridas.
Las habilidades se pueden clasificar en habilidades duras que son esas capacidades técnicas y que aprenden con la educación. Las habilidades blandas, que vienen siendo esos atributos personales que pueden ser innatos o también aprendidos. Están los conceptuales que son las capacidades de comprender ideas y analizar situaciones para desarrollar estrategias; y las de vida que son esas que nos permiten afrontar el día a día e ir en busca de una mejor calidad de vida.
Teniendo en cuenta esto y en reflexión de la pregunta propuesta para esta dinámica, yo realizaría el intercambio de una de mis habilidades duras por otra habilidad dura, es decir, la cambiaría para actualizar la que tengo y mejorar mis habilidades.
Yo como profesional del mercadeo me gustaría dominar la habilidad técnica de la automatización del marketing digital, saber configurar y gestionar las plataformas para optimizar el trabajo, ser más eficiente y atender a más clientes en menor tiempo, para así poder ser más competitiva.
Las habilidades técnicas en la actualidad evolucionan rápidamente y si no tomo la decisión de sustituir esa habilidad que desarrolle hace tanto tiempo, de realizar el trabajo en redes sociales de forma manual con solo creación de contenido, por las que se están ofreciendo actualmente mediante aplicaciones con inteligencia artificial, entendiéndola como una oportunidad de rapidez, agilidad y mejor desempeño, pudiera perder clientes y no estar a la par de estos nuevos tiempos.
Ambas metodologías tienes ventajas y desventajas, es esa la oportunidad de tener la habilidad técnica para la práctica del marketing y saber que dejar de usar.
Finalmente, el resultado no es sustituir la actividad, es elevar mi habilidad para realizar esa gestión, integrando las nuevas tecnologías que el marketing está utilizando, ser más un estratega y entender la nueva operatividad, sustituir las viejas formas manuales por las nuevas automatizadas, como personalización y análisis de datos, dedicando más tiempo a la creatividad y pensamiento crítico.

Es una decisión difícil eso de sustituir una habilidad por otra, tal como refiere el concurso pero tal como sugieres elevar la habilidad para realizar determinada gestión suena más interesante
