Have you ever wondered what prejudice is?
Prejudice is primarily a criterion or judgment made in advance before meeting an individual, a group, or a specific situation.

Prejudice generally manifests itself not only in each person's ideas or thoughts, but also in their unfavorable or negative attitude, which can often be accompanied by hostile feelings or aversion.

In our society, there are a considerable number of prejudices, including:
Classism
Feminism/Machismo
Racism
Homophobia/Transphobia
Among others.

I have always tried to maintain an open and equitable mind regarding changes, new things, or simply things that don't fit with my lifestyle.

Every person is unique; there is diversity, from simple tastes to beliefs and hobbies. The basis for achieving well-being is the respect, acceptance, and fair treatment that each of us
deserves.

Being a woman, in this case, without prejudice doesn't mean that I can never have an initial thought about someone or something; it means not letting those thoughts condition and therefore direct my actions or the way I treat others. We can't forget empathy and fairness in our actions.

If, on the other hand, you are a prejudiced person, here are some tips to help you be more open.
. Identify your prejudices.
. Question your assumptions about that person or action.
. Know your own emotions.
. Put yourself in the shoes of the person being judged.
. Make diverse friends.
. Educate and educate yourself on this topic.

Often, the prejudgment we make has nothing to do with the person being judged, but rather with our own insecurities, fears, or inabilities. Know yourself, discover every corner of yourself, be free in your thoughts and soul, enjoy the new experiences life offers, and above all, be happy. Your personality won't change by accepting the world as it is. Be fair, and of course, don't judge before you know the other side.

¿Te has preguntado alguna vez que son los prejuicios?
Los prejuicios son principalmente un criterio o juicio que se hace de forma anticipada antes de conocer a un individuo, un grupo o una situación determinada.

Por lo general el prejuicio no solo se manifiesta en las ideas o el pensar de q cada quien, sino, además en su actitud desfavorable o negativa que en muchas ocasiones puede ser acompañada de sentimientos hostiles o aversión.

En nuestra sociedad existen un considerable número de prejuicios entre ellos podemos citar:
.Clasismo
.Feminismo/Machismo
.Racismo
.Homofobia/Transfobia
Entre otros.

Siempre he tratado de mantener una mente abierta y equitativa ante los cambios, lo nuevo, o simplemente lo que no se relaciona con mi estilo de vida.

Cada persona es un mundo, existe diversidad desde sus simples gustos, hasta sus creencias y pasatiempos. La base para lograr un bienestar es el respeto, la aceptación y el trato justo que merecemos cada uno.

Ser una mujer en este caso, sin prejuicios no significa que jamás puedo tener un pensamiento inicial acerca de alguien o algo, es no dejar que esos pensamientos condicione y por ende dirija mis acciones o el trato ofrecido a los demás. No podemos olvidar la empatía y la justicia en nuestros actos.

Si al contrario eres una persona con prejuicios aquí te dejo algunos consejos para ayudarte a ser más abierta.
.Identifica cuáles son tus prejuicios.
.Cuestiona tus suposiciones acerca de esa persona o acto.
.Conoce tus propias emociones.
.Ponte en el lugar de la persona juzgada.
.Establece amistades diversas.
.Edúcate e instrúyete acerca de este tema.

En muchas ocasiones el juicio previo que realizamos no tiene que ver con la persona juzgada sino con nuestras propias inseguridades, miedos o incapacidades. Conócete, descubre cada rincón en ti, se libre de pensamiento y alma, disfruta de las nuevas experiencias que te brinda la vida y sobre todo se feliz . Tu personalidad no cambiará por aceptar el mundo tal cual es, se justo y por supuesto no juzgues antes de conocer la otra parte.
