Do we need all this? I am ashamed when I see this abundance of things and I also feel sick. I celebrate Christmas in the old way. I have a lot of candles because it is so dark here. The sun sets around 3 pm and rises around 8 am. But soon the light will rise and welcome the light back. I live with the seasons that are so marked up here in the north.
