Ring shadow

My entry for the Photo quest competition of @qurator

The theme for this week is Shadows from small objects.

Here is what I captured for the theme. A small ring with its shadow. I chose this as my subject because it looks cinematic and cool shooting its shadow.

It is like a photo shoot for a wedding.

I used a box board here as my base and made sure that the surroundings is completely dark.

Did some experiment on the position of the light to get the good angle for the shadow.

For my light, I only used the flashlight of my phone.

This was just a DIY photoshoot, but I felt like a professional photographer during the process.
