Beersaturday with Beerbomb Deu/Eng

zum #Beersaturday heute ein Draft Bier aus Kleinserie vom Luganer See in der Schweiz. Als wir hier auf der heimreise aus dem Urlaub in Südfankreich für eine Nacht halt gemacht haben, hatten wir das Glück dass an der Uferpromenade ein Festival statt fand und hier auch ein Stand von Beerbomb vertreten war. Die Brauerei Birrificio Beer Bomb, ist ansässig in Cama, Graubünden. Das Logo des Bieres stach mir sofort ins Auge und ich war sehr erfreut, dass man die vielen verschiedenen Sorten wie Pale Ale oder Pilsner 2.0 auch direkt dort probieren konnte.

Nachdem ich mich durch alle durchprobiert hatte nahm ich ein Stout fürs Hotel mit. Ich bekam sogar noch einen Beerbomb Flaschenöffner dazu geschenkt. Beim Stout handelt es sich um ein Schwarzbier mit 5 % Alkoholgehalt. Schon beim ersten Schluck merkte ich wie intensiv und vollmundig das Bier war. Richtig kräftig mit röstigen Kaffee- und Schokoladenaromen. Hergestellt natürlich aus den üblichen Verdächtigen
Wasser, Gerstenmalz, Hopfen und Hefe. Der Clou hierbei ist aber, dass die Brauerei Wert legt auf die Herstellung ihrer Biere ohne automatische Maschinen und ohne Chemikalien, wobei die Nachgärung auf natürliche Weise in der Flasche erfolgt.

Das Bier war wirklich sehr lecker und rundete meinen Abend hervorragend ab. Klare Weiterempfehlung. Es gibt auch einen Onlineshop, wenn jemand mal eine Testcharge bestellen möchte.

For #Beersaturday, today we're sharing a small-batch draft beer from Lake Lugano in Switzerland. When we stopped here for a night on our way home from our vacation in the South of France, we were lucky enough to find a festival taking place on the lakeside promenade, including a Beerbomb booth. The Birrificio Beer Bomb brewery is located in Cama, Graubünden. The beer's logo immediately caught my eye, and I was delighted that you could sample the many different varieties, such as Pale Ale and Pilsner 2.0, right there.

After trying all of them, I took a stout back to the hotel. I even got a Beerbomb bottle opener as a gift. The stout is a dark beer with 6.3% alcohol by volume. From the very first sip, I noticed how intense and full-bodied the beer was. Really strong with roasted coffee and chocolate flavors. Made, of course, from the usual suspects:
water, barley malt, hops, and yeast. The highlight here, however, is that the brewery places great importance on producing its beers without automated machinery and without chemicals, with secondary fermentation taking place naturally in the bottle.

The beer was truly delicious and rounded off my evening perfectly. I definitely recommend it. There's also an online shop if anyone would like to order a test batch.
