My Travel Experience

Family Trip

I usually like family trips. Since I necessarily have to travel with my children and husband at least twice a year so that the little ones in the house do not lose contact with the rest of their extended family, their cousins, aunts and uncles, and grandparents.

A five-hour trip awaits us at the start of the school holidays and then at the end of the year. Sometimes we travel by bus and other times by car, but in either case, we enjoy the family trip, taking photographs, appreciating the scenery, and telling stories.

When I travel with children, I make all the necessary arrangements in advance. This includes packing large suitcases, as well as bringing other products, children's utensils, and some toys.

The rest is just a matter of being vigilant throughout the trip, protecting them, and attending to their children's needs.

Like in this case when we embarked on a family trip to the State of Monagas, Venezuela. We visited some friends and at the same time, explored beautiful natural landscapes, such as: The Guácharo Cave.

"It was an unforgettable experience, which transcends the personal and deepens the family experience. A healthy activity aimed primarily at our children, who have the right to enjoy and grow by exploring the places in their country and broadening their understanding of the world around them."

Traveling Alone

On the other hand, when I travel alone, it's something different!

Depending on the occasion, all you need is some carry-on luggage, a pair of headphones, and my digital device loaded with songs and movies.

I never feel alone!

I take all the time I need to reflect and organize various aspects of my life. I draw on self-confidence to connect my mind and spirit, projecting myself positively into the future.

I independently set new personal and family goals, evaluating the things I've done and the weak points that require more attention.

I practice an individual process for the events that shape my life, and I also take the opportunity to let go of past experiences that have no solution and are better off forgotten.

The first phase of my "Alone" journey is a kind of mantra.

After a long while, I can see how beneficial it has been to have given myself that time.

Dedicating a healthy space for myself, to distract my mind and reclaim my vital energy center.

It's something the body appreciates, manifesting itself in the form of enthusiasm so I can move forward with a renewed perspective.

Work and personal growth projects play a role in my solo journey.

For several hours, I moderately project ideas toward the pros and cons of my negotiations, trying to find possible outcomes that will bring me closer to a better financial livelihood model, both for myself and my loved ones.

At a certain point in my solo journey, aside from self-analyzing my life, I now dedicate myself to observing the world through the eyes of the true "@lucretia", the lonely girl, who looks at her world through a window.

The time has come to dream, remember, and fantasize.

I regularly fall asleep intermittently while watching a movie on my device, and it also happens while listening to music.

In a perfectly relaxed state, I long to reach my destination where I know I'll now have to navigate on my own and make connections with the people and places I'm going to.

I don't rush or feel insecure; on the contrary, I try to make the most of my time alone, observing each place and each person's behavior. I fill myself with new influences by indulging in little pleasures I wouldn't have if I were accompanied.

I always carry my family deep in my heart. This reminds me that soon my solo adventure will be over and I'll be back to the everyday life I love so much. But in the same special way, they also grant me that time alone, so necessary for health and personal growth.

In my opinion! Each person has a different approach to how to spend their time alone. Sometimes, they seek balance in nature with outdoor walks. Others like to travel by plane or by road. I've also noticed that some people can't tolerate traveling without family. I remember some friends feeling helpless, considering traveling alone a risk. Everyone has their own preferences; however, what we do agree on is the need to refresh our lives by occasionally planning an escape to other places to experience the grandeur of the world and let our emotions flow in a different direction.

For my part, I'll soon be planning a small corporate trip where we'll develop a new proposal for job expansion. We'll have to travel around the state to conduct a demographic census to address the health needs of certain more vulnerable populations. Either because they have difficult access to the healthcare system or because road conditions are unfavorable.

I see this as another "Journey" in which I will enjoy taking on personal and professional challenges. This time, accompanied by my coworkers and other professionals in the field with whom I will interact and share knowledge.

Finally, I conclude the following. Every trip has a reason and a why. The key is to confront the rhetoric by breaking the boundaries of distance and focusing on growth. Beyond the well-known "pleasure trip," we also travel from one place to another for social, personal, and work commitments. It's up to us to make each trip a constructive experience where we bring back the hope, adventure, excitement, and renewal necessary to maintain balance in our lives.

Mi experiencia de viaje

Viaje en Familia

Por lo regular me gustan los viajes en familia. Ya que necesariamente debo viajar con mis hijos y esposo al menos dos veces al año para que de esta forma los más pequeños de la casa no pierdan contacto con el resto de su familia extendida, sus primos, tíos y abuelos.

Un viaje de cinco horas nos espera al inicio de las vacaciones escolares y luego a fin de año. A veces viajamos es servicios de autobuses y otras en vehículo propio, en cualquiera de los casos, disfrutamos del viaje en familia tomando fotografías, apreciando el paisaje y contando historias.

Cuando viajo con niños tomo todas las previsiones necesarias con anticipación, esto incluye hacer grandes maletas de equipaje, así como traer, otros productos, utensilios para niños y algunos juguetes.

Del resto solo queda estar vigilantes durante todo el trayecto, protegerlos y atender sus demandas infantiles.

Como en este caso cuando emprendimos un viaje de disfrute familiar hacia el Estado Monagas, Venezuela. Para visitar a algunas amistades y a la vez conocer los bellos paisajes naturales, como: "La cueva del Guácharo".

"¡Fue una experiencia inolvidable, la cual trasciende lo personal y ahonda en el compartir en familia. Una actividad saludable orientada principalmente a nuestros hijos quienes tienen derecho a disfrutar y a crecer explorando los lugares de su país y ampliando su concepción del mundo que les rodea."

Viajando Sola

¡En cambio cuando viajo sola consiste en algo distinto!

De acuerdo a la ocasión solo bastará con traer algún equipaje de mano, un par de audífonos y mi equipo digital cargado con canciones y películas.

¡Nunca me siento sola!

Me tomo todo el tiempo necesario para reflexionar, así como, para organizar varios aspectos de mi vida. Recurro a la autoconfianza para entrelazar mi mente y mi espíritu proyectándome hacia el futuro de forma positiva.

Planteo nuevas metas en lo personal y familiar independientemente, evalúo las cosas que he hecho, tanto como, los puntos frágiles que requieren mayor atención.

Practico todo un proceso individual sobre los hechos que hilvanan mi vida y así mismo aprovecho para dejar atrás las experiencias pasadas que no tienen solución y que es preferible olvidarlas.

La primera fase de mi viaje "Sola" es una especie de mantra.

Después de un largo rato puedo notar lo favorable que ha sido haberme dado aquel tiempo.

Dedicarme un espacio saludable para mi misma destinado a distraer la mente y retomar mi centro de energía vital.

Es algo que el cuerpo agradece manifestándolo en forma de entusiasmo para poder seguir adelante con una óptica renovada.

Los proyectos de trabajo y crecimiento personal juegan un papel en mi viaje a solas.

Durante varias horas proyecto las ideas con moderación hacia los pros y contras de mis negociaciones tratando de encontrar posibles resultados que me acerquen a un mejor modelo financiero de sustento, tanto para mí, como para mis seres queridos.

En un determinado momento de mi viaje a solas, a parte de auto analizar mi vida, ahora me dedico a observar el mundo con los ojos de la verdadera "@lucretia", la chica solitaria, que mira su mundo por una ventana.

Llega el momento de soñar, recordar y fantasear.

Por lo regular me quedo dormida, por intervalos, al ver una película en mi dispositivo, también me ocurre al escuchar música.

En perfecto estado de relajación ansío llegar a destino donde sé que ahora me tocará desenvolverme sola y hacer ciertos contactos con la gente y con los lugares a donde voy.

No me precipito ni siento inseguridades, por el contrario, trato de aprovechar al máximo mi tiempo en solitario mirando cada lugar y cada comportamiento de las personas. Me lleno de nuevas influencias dándome pequeños gustos los cuales no me daría si estuviera acompañada.

LLevando siempre a mi familia en lo más profundo del corazón. Lo que me recuerda, que pronto terminará la aventura individual y estaré de vuelta a la vida cotidiana que tanto amo, pero de igual forma, así de especial, ella también me concede ese tiempo a solas tan necesario para la salud y el crecimiento personal.

¡Según mi propio criterio! cada persona tiene un enfoque distinto de como invertir su tiempo a solas. A veces, con paseos al aire libre buscan su equilibrio en la naturaleza. A otros, les gusta viajar en avión o por vía terrestre. Tmbién he podido percibir que algunas personas no toleran un viaje sin estar acompañados de la familia. Recuerdo que algunas amigas se sienten indefensas considerando que viajar solas es un riesgo. Cada quién tiene sus preferencias, sin embargo, en lo que si coincidimos es en la necesidad de oxigenar nuestras vidas planificando de vez en cuando un escape hacia otros lugares para sentir la grandeza del mundo y dejar fluir las emociones en otra dirección.

Por mi parte, pronto estaré planificando un pequeño viaje corporativo donde desarrollaremos una nueva propuesta de expansión laboral. Tendremos que viajar por el Estado con el fin de realizar un censo demográfico que atienda las necesidades de salud en ciertas poblaciones más vulnerables. Bien sea, por tener un difícil acceso al sistema de salud o porque las condiciones de vialidad sean poco favorables.

Veo que ese será otro "Viaje" el cual disfrutaré aceptando los retos personales y profesionales. Esta vez, acompañada de mis compañeros de trabajo y de otros profesionales del medio con los cuales tendré que interaccionar y compartir conocimientos.

Finalmente concluyo lo siguiente. Todo viaje tiene una razón y un por qué. El asunto está en afrontar la retórica rompiendo las fronteras de la distancia y enfocándose en el crecimiento. Más allá del conocido "Viaje de placer", también nos movilizamos de un lugar a otro por compromisos sociales, personales y de trabajo. Queda de parte de nosotros mismos hacer de cada viaje una experiencia constructiva donde traigamos de vuelta la esperanza, la aventura, emociones y la renovación necesaria para mantener el equilibrio de nuestras vidas.
