5 years of female voices: a milestone for Ladies of Hive [Eng/Esp]
Greetings, friends of the #LadiesofHive community. I hope you are all healthy and happy. I invite you to reflect with me on this week's edition, where our dear @priyanarc invites us to celebrate the 5th anniversary of our beloved community. Here is my contribution:
What wish or blessing would you give to the Ladies of Hive community as we celebrate this milestone?
Today we gather to celebrate 5 years full of achievements, learning, and meaningful connections at Ladies of Hive. Looking back, it's amazing to see how far we've come together. From day one, our mission has been clear: to empower and encourage female voices and those who identify as women in the vast world of blockchain. This space has been more than just a meeting place; it has been a refuge where each of us can be authentic and express ourselves freely.
Along the way, we have shared stories, challenges, and triumphs. Each of us has contributed our unique perspective, enriching our collective. In an ecosystem that can often be intimidating, Ladies of Hive has been a beacon of light, reminding us that we are not alone. We have created a support network where empathy and solidarity are fundamental.
My wish for each of you, dear colleagues, is that we continue to move forward with the same passion and determination. May our voices resonate even louder, may our ideas be heard, and may our contributions be valued. The world of blockchain needs our female perspective, and together we can make our voices unmistakable.
I want to bless our community with a future full of opportunities. May each step we take together bring us closer to the equity and representation we so desire. May we find the strength and courage in every interaction, project, and collaboration to move forward, challenging norms and creating a space where everyone feels valued and empowered.
Although I am not here very often, I am deeply grateful to be part of this extraordinary journey. Let's continue to shine together, supporting each other and celebrating our victories. This is only the beginning of what we can achieve, and I am excited for what the future has in store for us.

A continuación, comparto mi participación:
¿Qué deseo o bendición le darías a la comunidad Ladies of Hive ahora que celebramos este hito?
Hoy nos reunimos para celebrar 5 años llenos de logros, aprendizajes y conexiones significativas en Ladies of Hive. Al mirar hacia atrás, es asombroso ver lo lejos que hemos llegado juntas. Desde el primer día, nuestra misión ha sido clara: empoderar y alentar las voces femeninas y aquellas que se identifican como mujeres en el vasto mundo de la blockchain. Este espacio ha sido más que solo un lugar de encuentro; ha sido un refugio donde cada una de nosotras puede ser auténtica y expresarse libremente.
En este camino, hemos compartido historias, desafíos y triunfos. Cada una ha aportado su perspectiva única, enriqueciendo nuestro colectivo. En un ecosistema que a menudo puede ser intimidante, Ladies of Hive ha sido un faro de luz, recordándonos que no estamos solas. Hemos creado una red de apoyo donde la empatía y la solidaridad son fundamentales.
Mi deseo para cada una de ustedes, queridas compañeras, es que sigamos avanzando con la misma pasión y determinación. Que nuestras voces resuenen aún más fuerte, que nuestras ideas sean escuchadas y que nuestras contribuciones sean valoradas. El mundo de la blockchain necesita nuestra perspectiva femenina, y juntas podemos hacer que nuestras voces sean inconfundibles.
Quiero bendecir a nuestra comunidad con un futuro lleno de oportunidades. Que cada paso que demos juntas nos acerque más a la equidad y la representación que tanto deseamos. Que en cada interacción, proyecto y colaboración, encontremos la fuerzay el coraje para seguir adelante, desafiando las normas y creando un espacio donde todas se sientan valoradas y empoderadas.
Aunque no suelo estar aquí muy seguido, agradezco profundamente ser parte de este viaje extraordinario. Sigamos brillando juntas, apoyándonos y celebrando nuestras victorias. Este es solo el comienzo de lo que podemos lograr, y estoy emocionada por lo que el futuro tiene reservado para nosotras.
