This is a very creative story and interpretation of the prompt. I like how they asked the old hominid for advise and the serendipities way they found out about the fire. It's very imaginative.
Screams and yells of pain mingled with the moonlit night. Galek and Yuruna dropped their pieces of meat by the fire and went out to see what was happening to the little ones.
