What do you consider to be the most important lessons we should teach our children?

Hello dear users!

That they shouldn't steal, that they shouldn't get into trouble, that no matter how desperate life gets, we should be honest, trust in God, study, work, and enjoy life to the fullest. Also, that I try to follow the Ten Commandments; it's not that difficult. I feel and believe that we should be very attentive to our children at all stages of their lives.

Having a child is simply never sleeping again; it's a huge responsibility, but we end up saying it's the most wonderful thing that can happen to us. I have three children, and I understand that I'm not the best mother in the world, but I'm certain I've given everything for them. Every mother does the best humanly possible to leave the best in this world. Sometimes, trying to get ahead makes us neglect ourselves a little; wanting to be active with so many daily tasks can distract us.

I've heard many parents say they want independent children, they give them everything, but little affection. Children will always need a word of encouragement, lots of affection, that much-needed hug to keep going. My children are grown now, but I'm always attentive to their emotions, to the things in their lives without interfering too much, but always ready to offer that word of encouragement, that much-needed support so they can share their worries.

I remember my daughter Diliana; she's a twin with my other daughter, Johana. I remember her always saying, "Mom, you've talked to us so much that I think we'll have a lot of lessons to learn until we're forty." They're 33 now, and that makes me laugh and feel so much. I was able to stay home and experience being with my children through every stage of their lives. God bless all the children of the world.

¿Cuáles consideras que son las lecciones más importantes que debemos enseñar a nuestros hijos?

¡Hola queridos usuarios!

Que no roben, que no se metan en problemas, que por más desesperados que se ponga la vida debemos ser honrados, esperar en Dios, estudiar, trabajar y disfrutar al máximo lo bella que es la vida. También que traten de cumplir los 10 mandamientos, no es tan difícil, siento y pienso que debemos de estar muy pendiente de nuestros hijos en todas las etapas de su vida.

Tener un hijo es simplemente no volver a dormir jamás, es una gran responsabilidad, terminamos diciendo que es lo más lindo que nos puede pasar. Tengo tres hijos, entiendo que no soy la mejor madre del mundo, pero que lo he dado todo por mis hijos, de eso sí estoy segura. Cada madre hace lo humanamente posible por dejar lo mejor en este mundo. En ocasiones poder salir adelante nos hace descuidar un poco, por querer estar activa en tantas tareas diarias nos hacen distraernos un poco.

He escuchado a muchos padres decir que quieren hijos independientes, le dan todo, pero de afecto poco. Los hijos siempre necesitaran una palabra de aliento, mucho afecto, ese abrazo tan necesario para seguir adelante. Ya mis hijos están formados, pero siempre estoy atenta de sus emociones, de las cosas de su vida sin meterme mucho, pero estando atenta de dar esa palabra de aliento, ese apoyo tan necesario para que ellos puedan contar sus inquietudes.

Puedo recordar a mi hija Diliana ella es gemela con mi otra hija Johana, recuerdo que siempre decía: "madre nos has hablado tanto que creo que estamos con muchas lecciones hasta que tengamos cuarenta años", en estos momentos tienen 33 años, eso me causa mucha risa y satisfacción, pude quedarme en casa, vivir la experiencia de estar con mis hijos en cada etapa de sus vidas. Dios bendiga a todos los hijos del mundo.
