Greetings my dear ladies of Hive, Today I comento share with you my entry to the contest of the week #243, I hope you all have a beautiful week, I come to participate with theme proposed by the friend @elizabethbit for this week:
2️⃣ Everyone has something that they'd like to change about themselves. It might be a physical thing; a character trait; or anything at all. What is the ONE thing you would choose to change about yourself and why?

I would not like to have so much abdomen, in truth I am well content with all that I am, with what I have with my whole being. So since a week ago I started to work on my diet and I also have an exercise program. I have been trying to make changes in my diet for two years now, but I was really reluctant to give up some habits that were not helping me in any way with this big decision to be healthier, in short, to feel better.

Thanks to the effort, motivation and courage of my son, who provided me with a good nutrition and exercise program, I was able to see the results in just one week. I don't eat arepas, I changed it for bananas. I try not to eat sweets, this has been the most difficult thing, I have been a little off with this, but I am careful not to abuse, the exercises are for people from 50 to 60 years, I have given me results. These exercises are to strengthen the joints, tone the muscles to be firm with muscle mass.

I must confess that starting has been hard for me, being able to relate to the exercises, doing the routine and eating healthy has taken its toll on me, not so much the change in my mood, my son told me that when you are making these changes even the neighbors bring you things you should not eat.

I hope that everyone who feels something bothering in their lives can solve it without any difficulty. I am very motivated if in one week I was able to get my belly to shape up, I already see myself in the next months more balanced. This program is for 3 months, I hope to be slim and above all healthy.
I would like to style myself because there are some very nice clothes that I don't dare to wear because of that little detail on my body, but step by step I will achieve it... I believe it.

This is so me. I really want to tone down my abdomen, too. I couldn’t wear some clothes because of it and I’ve tried different exercises but I guess I still have issues with my meal. Lol
I’m still working on it, though and not giving up.
Weldone. Having some changes already after a week is motivating and encouraging.
My metabolism really reacted fast. I can tell my son to make you a free weight loss program, just tell me your age and that's it. You can find me on discord. Look, I'm not hungry with these changes, just change the arepa our typical dish ha,ha,ha, change it for plantains. I really eat a lot and I do it until 6 o'clock in the afternoon. We should not eat so much at dinner since at night we are going to sleep. Do the exercises on an empty stomach.
Another tip is to drink turmeric tea, I have only been doing these changes and exercises for a week. I am 59 years old
