At the entrance to Varadero, the shade of these coconut palms stretches across the grass like a symbol that is very much ours, very Cuban. The coconut palm is an inseparable part of the Cuban landscape, especially in the coastal areas. It's a tree that grows strong thanks to the tropical climate, the intense sun, and the proximity to the sea. Generations of travelers and locals have passed under its shade, finding rest or simply contemplating the beauty of nature. In this shot for #shadowshunters, the light and the wind transform the everyday into something special, reminding us how nature is part of our identity and daily life on the island.

En la entrada de Varadero, la sombra de estos cocoteros se extiende sobre el césped como un símbolo muy nuestro, muy cubano. El cocotero es parte inseparable del paisaje de Cuba, sobre todo en las zonas de playas. Es un árbol que crece fuerte gracias al clima tropical, al sol intenso y a la cercanía del mar. Bajo su sombra han pasado generaciones, viajeros y locales, encontrando descanso o simple contemplación de las hermosura de la naturaleza. En esta captura para #shadowshunters, la luz y el viento convierten lo cotidiano en algo especial, recordándonos cómo la naturaleza forma parte de nuestra identidad y de la vida diaria en la isla.
