Today I want to share a photo I took a few days ago, capturing the moment of increased mobility with my left hand. A hand that had been paralyzed since my stroke.

Hoy quiero compartirles una foto que me pude tomar hace unos días en la que estoy capturando el momento de mejor movilidad con mi mano izquierda. Mano que se me había quedado paralizada desde mi ACV.

While for many it may seem like something minor and unimportant, for me it's quite the opposite. This is tangible proof that with perseverance and daily effort, even if it's small, great changes can be achieved to improve one's health.

Aunque para muchos podrá ser algo mínimo y que no tiene importancia, para mí es todo lo contrario. Esto es una prueba tangible de que con constancia y esfuerzo diario así sea poco, se logran grandes cambios para mejorar la salud propia

Today, I also want to thank God for holding my hand and always keeping me going. It's thanks to Him and His infinite mercy that I'm here alive, learning and fighting to give my children all the support they need.

Hoy también quiero dar gracias a Dios por tomarme de las manos y mantenerme siempre en pie. Es gracias a Él y a su infinita misericordia que estoy aquí con vida, aprendiendo y luchando para darle todo el apoyo a mis hijos en lo que necesiten.

God knows they are my driving force, my life, and for whom I want to continue working hard to recover fully, or as best I can. What happened to me changed your life completely and made you appreciate every moment you have in this life.

Dios sabe que ellos son mi motor, mi vida y por quienes quiero seguir esforzándome para recuperarme por completo o lo mejor que pueda. Lo que me sucedió te cambia la vida por completo y te hace valorar cada instante que tienes en esta vida.

I also want to thank my family, especially my sons, for their support. They fill my heart with pride for their noble and selfless actions. And for always being willing to help me with anything I need without me even asking.

También quiero agradecerle a mi familia, sobre todo a mis hijos varones, por brindarme tanto apoyo. Me llenan el corazón de orgullo por sus acciones tan nobles y desinteresadas. Y que se muestren siempre dispuestos a ayudarme en todo lo que necesite sin que yo se los pida.

I love my family, I love my life, and I love God for all the blessings he's given me throughout my life. For making me feel loved, useful, and for giving me all the strength I need to overcome the adversities I've had to face because of my stroke.

Amo a mi familia, amo mi vida y amo a Dios por todas las bendiciones que me ha brindado en todo momento. Por sentirme amada, útil y por darme toda la fortaleza que necesito para superar las adversidades que me han tocado enfrentar a causa de mi ACV.
