Sautéed cabbage with carrot and pork chop in soy sauce (Eng-Esp)

- Good evening, hivefood friends! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! Next, I'll explain in an "easy and simple" way how to make a "delicious stir-fry of cabbage, carrots and pork chop in soy sauce"... I hope you enjoy the "step-by-step" instructions; I'm sure you'll love it!
- Buenas noches amigos de hivefood, espero que hayan pasado un fin de semana genial! A continuación, les explicaré de forma "fácil y sencilla" como realizar un "exquisito salteado de repollo con zanahoria y chuleta en salsa de soja"... Espero disfruten el "paso a paso", estoy segura que les encantará!

- INGREDIENTS: carrot, white cabbage, onion, garlic cloves, sweet peppers, smoked pork chop, soy sauce, black pepper, ginger powder and salt.
- INGREDIENTES: zanahoria, repollo blanco, cebolla, dientes de ajo, ajies dulces, chuleta ahumada, salsa de soja, pimienta negra, jengibre en polvo y sal.



- We sauté the smoked pork chop, cut into small cubes, until browned. We add the onion, cut into julienne strips, along with the garlic cloves and the sweet peppers (finely chopped)... We season with salt and pepper.
- Sofreímos la chuleta ahumada, cortada en cubos "pequeños", salteamos hasta que se dore. Incorporamos la cebolla, cortada en julianas, junto con los dientes de ajo y los ajies dulces (finamente cortados)... Salpimentamos.




- In this step, we add the carrot. We cook it until it softens slightly. I particularly love its crunchy texture... we sauté it for 2 minutes, which is enough time to achieve this consistency.
- En este paso, colocamos la zanahoria. Cocinamos hasta que se ablanden un poco. Particularmente me encanta disfrutar de su textura crocante... sofreímos durante 2 minutos, tiempo suficiente para conseguir esta consistencia.


- Next, add the cabbage, cut into very thin strips. Add the soy sauce, ground ginger, and salt to taste. Cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, until the desired consistency is reached.
- A continuación, incorporamos el repollo, cortamos en tiras MUY delgadas. Añadimos la salsa de soja, el jengibre en polvo y sal al gusto.
Cocinamos a fuego "alto" mezclando de forma ocasional, hasta conseguir la consistencia adecuada.
