(ENG-ESP) RECIPE: Exquisite sauteed cabbage with smoked chop and chicken

  • Good evening, hivers, I hope you had a wonderful Saturday! Below, I'll explain "step by step" how to prepare an "exquisite sauteed cabbage with smoked pork chop and chicken". For a beautiful color, I added carrots, along with strips of red and green bell peppers. Whenever I make this recipe, I love to serve it with "steamed rice", you can add any side dish you prefer. Let's put on our aprons to begin our fun and wonderful process. Let's begin!
  • Buenas noches hivers, espero que hayan pasado un sábado genial! A continuación, les explico "paso a paso" como preparar un "exquisito salteado de repollo, con chuleta ahumada y pollo". Para disfrutar de un hermoso colorido, incorporé zanahoria, junto con tiras de pimientos rojos y verdes... Siempre que realizo esta receta me encanta acompañar con "arroz al vapor", pueden complementar con el acompañamiento de su preferencia. Pongámonos el delantal para empezar nuestro divertido y maravilloso proceso, empecemos!

  • INGREDIENTS: Carrot, onion, garlic cloves, peppers (red and green), white cabbage, chicken breast, smoked cutlet, soy sauce, pepper, fine herbs, powdered ginger, sesame oil and salt.
  • INGREDIENTES: zanahoria, cebolla, dientes de ajo, pimientos (rojos y verdes), repollo blanco, pechuga de pollo, chuleta ahumada, salsa de soja, pimienta, finas hierbas, jengibre en polvo, aceite de sésamo y sal.

PREPARATION/PREPARACIÓN

  • We sauté the chicken breast, previously seasoned with fine herbs and salt. We cook until it's ready. We set it aside for use in the final step.
  • Sofreímos la pechuga de pollo, previamente sazonada con finas hierbas y sal. Cocinamos hasta comprobar que está lista. Reservamos para utilizar en el paso final.

  • We repeat the process with the "smoked chop"... this ingredient will provide a "unique and special" flavor.
  • Repetimos el proceso con la "chuleta ahumada"... este ingrediente aportará un sabor "único y especial".

  • We add a touch of sesame oil to the pot where we cooked the chicken and chop. We sauté the onion, garlic cloves, and pepper strips over high heat. We sauté until they reach a beautiful, crystal-clear consistency.
  • Añadimos un toque de "aceite de sésamo" en el caldero donde cocinamos el pollo y la chuleta... Sofreímos a fuego "alto" la cebolla, los dientes de ajo y las tiras de pimiento. Salteamos hasta que adquieran una hermosa consistencia "cristalina".

  • Next, we add the carrot and cabbage... We season with: soy sauce, pepper, ginger powder and salt.
  • A continuación, colocamos la zanahoria y el repollo... Condimentamos con: salsa de soja, pimienta, jengibre en polvo y sal.

  • When there are a few minutes left before turning off the heat, add the chop and chicken we had reserved... Mix until well combined.
  • Cuando falten poco minutos para apagar la preparación, agregamos la chuleta y el pollo que teníamos reservado... Mezclamos hasta integrar bien.
