I could really feel the love you had (and still have) for photography, it's more than just a dream, it's part of your soul. Life really does have a way of pulling us in different directions but the way you reflected on everything with so much grace and understanding is inspiring.
Some dreams may not unfold the way we imagined but they never truly leaves us. And who knows? Maybe life will still give you a chance to travel with a camera in hand someday.
