The curious case of the silent negative vote EN/ES
For some time now a digital shadow has been haunting my posts.... Keleste Kray...
In every digital community, there are people like this... people who destroy, don't speak, don't create, just observe, and as soon as the "target" posts, the automatic downvote appears routinely without reason... we are in... a community with 100% freedom of expression... screwing over others for fun... however, there are those who use that freedom to try to silence others... aka bullying...
Who is this type of individual?
At first glance, harmless, low profile, perhaps a generic bio, and if there are links, they lead to sites that don't work.
But the curious thing is their almost clinically pathological behavior, no matter the topic. It could be geopolitics, poetry, recipes, news, the Great Awakening, or whatever... they simply hit the "down" button as if justifying their digital existence.
I can't help but imagine the psychological profile of someone like that.
Because the repeated, anonymous downvote isn't a position, it's a message. It's probably someone who once wanted to express themselves but felt no one was listening, or worse, someone who was heard but not understood. And they chose to reduce and punish others' dialogue.
The anonymous, repeated downvote is actually a stifled cry... "I'm here, even though I don't know how to be."
It's sad but fascinating; it reflects what happens when someone becomes unable to connect with others without feeling like they're losing something in the attempt.
Sometimes I think these people don't want to censor; they want to be noticed, even if it's negative.
That's why, silent reader, who has made your click a secret signature, I dedicate this post to you. Not to expose you, but to re-acknowledge you and to tell you that I know you exist...

Desde hace un tiempo, una sombra digital ronda mis publicaciones... Keleste Kray ...
En toda comunidad digital existen personajes asi. Gente que destruye no habla y no crea solo observa y en cuanto el "blanco" publica aparece el downvote automático como rutina sin razones... estamos en ... una comunidad con 100% libertad de expresión...jodiendo al otro por gusto...sin embargo hay quienes usan la libertad para intentar silenciar a los demás ... osea bullying ...
¿Quién es este tipo de individuo?
A simple vista inofensivo, perfil bajo tal vez una biografía genérica y si hay enlaces conducen a sitios que mo funcionan.
Pero lo curioso es su comportamiento patológico casi clínico ,no importa el tema. Puede ser geopolítica, poesía, recetas noticias, el Gran Despertar o whatever ... simplemente aprieta el botón de “down” como si justificara su existencia digital.
No puedo evitar imaginar el perfil psicológico de alguien así.
Porque el voto negativo reiterado y anónimo no es una postura, es un mensaje, probablemente se trata de una persona que alguna vez quiso expresarse pero sintió que nadie escuchaba o peor, alguien que fue escuchado pero no comprendido. Y eligió reducir y castigar el diálogo ajeno.
El voto negativo anónimo y reiterado en realidad es un grito ahogado ... “Estoy aquí, aunque no se cómo estar”.
Es triste pero fascinante, refleja lo que ocurre cuando alguien se vuelve incapaz de conectarse con los demás sin sentir que está perdiendo algo en el intento.
A veces creo que estas personas no quieren censurar, quieren que se les note aunque sea en negativo.
