RE: Moms: The Unsung Heroes of Our Lives | LOH #237

I had plenty of arguments with my Mom from my teens going into my young adult years. That was because I was an academic disappointment to my mother's expectations, my Mom excelled at her university studies. Whereas I finished at the bottom of my class. When my father died in a freak accident I took over on behalf of the family until my Mom can get back on her feet again. Years after my father's absence I drew closer to my mom and there was a point my Mom admitted she was proud of me. Since then we put our issues behind us and she meant better for each of her children.
I agree with you @zoe01
She may not be perfect, I've never loved my mother as much I do now.
