Hello, greetings to all. The traditional Christmas dish in my country, Venezuela, is hallaca, accompanied by chicken salad, potatoes and carrots, with slices of bread with ham and pork leg, which can also be substituted with chicken or roast beef.
Unfortunately, not everyone today has the privilege of eating such a complete dish; some can only eat hallacas with ham bread or simply hallaca alone.
The important thing is to try to maintain the tradition of hallaca, which gives that special touch to Christmas dinner, when the whole family gets together and enjoys the moment.
All this is accompanied by sparkling wine, white or red wine, cream punch, or simply a soft drink or natural juice.
Here is a photo of the famous hallaca.

It looks very tasty, I know it will really be.😋😋.
If so, it's exquisite. The hallaca alone, without the other accompaniments, is divine, because it's stuffed with a stew of beef, pork and chicken and lots of seasonings, and it's also stuffed with potatoes, eggs, onion, paprika, olives, capers and prunes. It's delicious.
