WOM. It's a bit disappointing to learn all that. The worst part is that they've been doing this for years and haven't done anything to fix it, even though many people have reported it. And we're still here supporting each other, with a glimmer of hope that things will get better at any moment. Thank you very much for responding. I know I'm not the only one going through all this.
