I have a big house, but have trouble maintaining it as I would like to .. so I would prefer a smaller one :)

Who would have thought this would be another big house problem, lol.
It's like they say, someone walking wishes for a car, a car owner wants to own a luxury car, while a luxury car owner wants to fly first class in planes, and a regular first-class citizen wants a private jet.
People with small houses want big ones (I'm people), not knowing, maintenance is another thing to think about.
