Refreshing Pineapple, Cucumber, and Orange Fruity Drink

Hi friends, I'm sending greetings and love to you. This week, @qurator hive #topchef recipe is fruity, and I decided to make a fruit juice of pineapple, orange, and cucumbers. It's a simple refreshing and delicious drink. It's also thick as I used a little amount of water to blend, and I didn't seive after blending. I drank it with all the fibers, which is more filling and better.

INGREDIENTS
▪︎ 1 medium size pineapple
▪︎ 1 orange
▪︎ half cucumber
▪︎ 25cl water

PROCESSING
Wash pineapple, cucumber, and orange.
Take out pineapple peel with a knife and cut into smaller sizes.

Cut the cucumbers and remove seeds from orange. Put all in the blender with 25cl of cold water and blend until smooth.

The end result was fluffy and creamy. The drink came out delicious and very natural. I served it in a glass cup already chilled since it was blended with a very chilled water, and the remaining was stored with a bottle in the fridge for later.

The pineapple peal was also kept in the freezer. I would use it in my next recipe to make a healthy detox drink, so stay tuned.
