"My Love Story"💕

Hello friends.. How are you all doing today? Trust you've been good.. Its another week of the hive student's contest, and today, I will be sharing with you about my love story in campus.

All my life, I have never believed in love. To me, love only existed in movies and novels, not in real life where people were busy chasing survival and dreams. I literally focused on my studies, goals, and nothing else, not until I met a guy in school named Daniel. When we first crossed paths was at the crowded bus stop inside school. It was raining heavily that very day and everyone struggled to avoid the muddy water. Accidentally, I stepped my legs into a puddle, splashing water on Daniel’s trousers. Immediately, I apologize to him, meanwhile I felt embarrassed at that moment.

Daniel laughed instead of getting angry. “At least now I have proof I survived today’s rain.” That unexpected kindness stayed in my mind.
Days later, we met again in the school canteen. This time, it wasn't a coincidence. So, greetings turned into conversations, and conversations turned into friendship. Daniel had a calm way of listening to every word i said that mattered. As for me who rarely opened up to people, i found myself telling him about my fears, my childhood dreams, and the pressure i felt to succeed as a girl child. I knew that life wasn’t perfect. There were times we had misunderstandings, busy schedules, and moments when we almost drifted apart. But somehow, we always find our way back to each other. For the first time, love didn’t feel like a distraction, rather, it felt like peace.

It was then that i realized something important, which is, love doesn’t always arrive loudly. Sometimes, it walks beside you as friendship… until one day, you notice your heart has already chosen.
