Thank you. I don't want anyone to have to go through situations like this. Before, I was ashamed to share it, but I realize that if sharing it helps others know they're not alone and that it's possible, then I'll do it.

That is so thoughtful of you.
Being ashamed of a situation we didn't create but find ourselves in, is one common thing that happens but it's just best to speak up so as to heal permanently, others will also learn and most importantly for individual sanity
