Greetings ladies, we're back in the same place as always, ready to give back to the community with these weekly contests. Today we have:

Saludos ladies, nos encontramos en el mismo lugar de siempre, lista para dejar un poco de mi aporte a la comunidad con estos concursos semanales, hoy tenemos:

You've earned the money to buy a house, and you have two options. The first is a big, beautiful house, but one whose best years are behind it. It needs a lot of repairs and remodeling, and therefore its price is low. The second option is a small house. It's not as beautiful as the previous one, but you don't have to invest time or money in repairs so its price is much higher than the previous one. What do you choose? Are you on the "repair to my liking" team or the "buy everything ready and fast" team?

I don't really want such a big house, but I do want a beautiful garden. However, I really like remodeling and creating things, adding my creative touch to my spaces. In the apartment I live in, I limit myself a bit because it's not my property, and I do what I can. But I think I would choose the first option. Clearly, you won't be saving money in the end because you have to make repairs. So if you're going to buy a house anyway and end up making changes, why not choose this option? I think it's reasonable.

Has ganado el dinero para comprar una casa y tienes dos opciones. La primera es una casa grande y hermosa, pero cuyas mejores épocas ya pasaron. Necesita muchas reparaciones y remodelaciones, por lo que su precio es bajo. La segunda opción es una casa pequeña. No es tan bonita como la anterior, pero no tienes que invertir tiempo dinero en reparaciones, así que su precio es mucho más alto. ¿Qué eliges? ¿Estás del lado de "reparar a mi gusto" o del lado de "comprar todo listo y rápido"?

Realmente yo no deseo una casa tan grande pero sí quiero un jardín precioso, sin embargo, a mi me gusta mucho remodelar y crear cosas, poner mi toque creativo a mis espacios. En el departamento donde estoy, me limito un poco porque no es de mi propiedad y hago lo que puedo. Pero creo que escogería la primera opción, claramente al final no estás ahorrando porque debes hacer reparaciones, así que si de igual formas vas a comprar una casa y terminar haciéndole cambios ¿por qué no elegir esta opción? Lo considero razonable.

In my country, school vacation is over, while in others, summer has just ended. What preparations are you making for your home and routine for the coming months?

Here, in a few days, it'll be the beginning of spring, and then summer. Everything's reversed here, haha. My preparations will really be to get some plants and also buy new pots since my current plants have grown too large and can no longer stay in those pots. I also plan to enjoy activities more, so I'll be changing my stay-at-home routine to get out a little more and be able to wear the clothes I've stored away, enjoy the sun, and be able to enjoy nature.

En mi país, las vacaciones escolares ya terminaron, mientras que en otros, el verano acaba de terminar. ¿Qué preparativos estás haciendo para tu hogar y tu rutina para los próximos meses?

Aquí en pocos días será el inicio de la primavera y luego el verano, aquí está todo invertido, jaja. Mis preparaciones realmente será tener algunas plantas y también comprar nuevas macetas ya que mis plantas actuales han crecido mucho y ya no pueden sostenerse en esas macetas. También planeo disfrutar mas de las actividades, así que estaré cambiando mi rutina de estar en casa por salir un poco más y ser capaz de usar mi ropa que tengo guardada, disfrutar del sol y la naturaleza.
