Hola a todas las comunidades de hive y en especial a @hive-192096. En esta ocasión les voy a presentar mi simple participación a la inciativa de @lanzjoseg el cual marca una gran distinción e inspira a crear contenido e intercambio entre todos los que publican en Top Family.

¿Qué son los tequeños? Escuche de ellos en la iniciativa de @lanzjoseg por primera vez y estuve leyendo los posts que han publicado al respecto los cuales considero interesantísimos. Esta es como unas empanadas tradicionales de Venezuela la cual tiene unas costumbres hermosas y según pude percatar , debe ser riy trae recuerdos muy queridos a quienes lo han comido. Se hace para las comidas rápidas y las celebraciones; por lo que pude percatar. Nunca las he probado pero tengo la intención de hacerla en algún momento junto a mi hermana que le gusta innovar en la cocina con recetas de otros lugares del mundo; en este caso para apreciar y degustar su sabor latino.
Aquí en mi país lo que acostumbramos a hacer son croquetas para las celebraciones. Puede ser que parezca raro ya que en otros países las croquetas se hacen para las mascotas y aquí no es así, es una comida rápida que es gustada en los cumpleaños y como plato principal de alguna que otra comida. Lo que más parecido veo son las empanadas las cuales uno las puede agregar el relleno que pueda o quiera tal como el queso, el picadillo, la carne, el dulce coco, la guayaba, etc.
Si alguien lo sabe hacer, piense me pudieran agregar en el comentario algunos tips de cómo hacerlo. Se lo agradecería mucho pues no hay como cocinar con amor unos tequeños venezolanos al estilo cubano. O simplemente únanse a la iniciativa con la receta de cómo hacerlos.

They're made for quick meals and celebrations, from what I've gathered. I've never tried them, but I intend to make them sometime with my sister, who likes to experiment in the kitchen with recipes from other parts of the world; in this case, to appreciate and savor their Latin flavor. Here in my country, we usually make croquettes for celebrations. It might seem strange since in other countries croquettes are made for pets, but here they're a popular quick meal that's enjoyed at birthdays and as a main course for some other meals.
