Everything is ready for the Fourth Edition

Just days before the fourth edition of Expo Comic Venezuela, the official press conference was held to inform media outlets, journalists, content creators, and guests about all the details of this year's event, which brings together the best of geek culture.

This year's press conference took place on the main stage of the Ciudad Crepuscular Shopping Center. Expo Comic will be held in the same shopping center, specifically on the fourth floor, where the main hall and terrace are located.

As always, I arrived early to secure a good spot and take plenty of photos and videos of the event. The organizing team was also very attentive, welcoming all the media and guests.

A pocos días de la cuarta edición de Expo Comic Venezuela, se llevó a cabo la conferencia de prensa oficial para informar a medios de comunicación, periodistas, creadores de contenido e invitados sobre todos los detalles del evento de este año, que reúne lo mejor de la cultura geek.

La conferencia de prensa de este año tuvo lugar en el escenario principal del Centro Comercial Ciudad Crepuscular. Expo Comic se realizará en el mismo centro comercial, específicamente en el cuarto piso, donde se ubican el salón principal y la terraza.

Como siempre, llegué temprano para asegurar un buen lugar y tomar muchas fotos y videos del evento. El equipo organizador también fue muy atento, dando la bienvenida a todos los medios y a los invitados.

Before the press conference began, one of the participating bands gave a musical performance, offering a preview of the music they would be playing on the main stage throughout the weekend.

After the organizing team was introduced and everyone took their places, each member spoke about this year's new features. The cosplay and singing contests are among the main attractions, boasting an excellent judging panel and generous cash prizes.

One of the new additions to this year's event is K-pop. Bands and solo artists will participate in the K-pop competition, which will take place on the second day of the event. One of the participating groups was also present and, at the end of the press conference, gave a short dance performance.

Antes de que comenzara la rueda de prensa, una de las bandas participantes ofreció una presentación musical, ofreciendo un adelanto de la música que interpretarán en el escenario principal durante todo el fin de semana.

Tras la presentación del equipo organizador y la toma de sus respectivos lugares, cada miembro habló sobre las novedades de este año. Los concursos de cosplay y canto figuran entre las principales atracciones, con un excelente jurado y un generoso premio en metálico.

Una de las novedades de esta edición es la inclusión del K-pop. Bandas y artistas solistas participarán en el concurso de K-pop, que tendrá lugar el segundo día del evento. Asimismo, uno de los grupos participantes estuvo presente y, al finalizar la rueda de prensa, ofreció una breve presentación coreográfica.

I'm a big Batman fan, and one of the announcements was that a renowned pastry chef in the city will create a Batmobile approximately one meter tall out of pure chocolate. This will be on display at the exhibition of Luis Jimenes, one of the country's biggest Batman collectors.

The two-day event will feature special guests from the cosplay world, such as Joselin Nascimento, a beautiful and well-known young cosplayer who will be attending Comic Expo for the third time. Other figures from the national cosplay scene will also be present as special guests.

There was also talk of drawing contests and a special dubbing workshop. The latter is generating a lot of interest, as many people are interested in learning the art of dubbing.

Some of the brands participating in the event, which currently boasts 54 brands, had their own small booths for the press conference to promote themselves. The D X Off Road Girls, another event also organized by the same team as Comic Expo, were also special guests and, of course, will be present both days of the event.

Soy bastante fan de Batman, y uno de los anuncios fue que un reconocido pastelero de la ciudad creará un Batimóvil de aproximadamente un metro de altura con chocolate puro. Este se exhibirá en la exposición de Luis Jimenes, uno de los mayores coleccionistas de Batman del país.

El evento de dos días contará con invitados especiales del mundo del cosplay, como Joselin Nascimento, una joven cosplayer hermosa y muy conocida que asistirá a la Comic Expo por tercera vez. Otras figuras de la escena nacional del cosplay también estarán presentes como invitados especiales.

También se habló de concursos de dibujo y un taller especial de doblaje. Este último atrae mucha atención, ya que muchas personas están interesadas en aprender el arte del doblaje.

Algunas de las marcas participantes en el evento, que actualmente cuenta con 54 marcas, tuvieron sus propios pequeños stands para la conferencia de prensa con el fin de promocionarse. Las D X Off Road Girls, otro evento también organizado por el mismo equipo que la Expo Comic, también fueron invitadas especiales y, por supuesto, estarán presentes ambos días del evento.
