1️⃣First is an Estate Planning problem. In the event my sudden departure from this mortal coil, none of my kids or their cousins are interested in taking up my Hive account capital. So, I am left with the question, “Whom on Hive shall I trust with this 35,000+ HivePower and will use it responsibly?” Name any active Hive blogger and state your reasons why she or he would deserve it (even yourself). Have you got a succession plan for your Hive assets?

En caso de mi salida repentina de esta espiral mortal, ninguno de mis hijos ni sus primos estarán interesados en hacerse con el capital de mi cuenta Hive. Entonces, me queda la pregunta: "¿A quién en Hive le confiaré este 35,000+ HivePower y lo usará de manera responsable?"

I would massively (no strong enough of an adjective here lol) recommend for consideration @thekittygirl, as she is one if not THE most prolific and dedicated Hiveans onchain, along with being a major help in many Hive-related servers in Discord.
She has the knowledge, background experience, and the stamina, to put that account to good use, either in state or as disseminated into separate accounts or projects linked together.
This is my "entry" and response to Kerris's questions for this week's contest.

And I'm waiting for her to exclude herself out of the running for her usual reason(s). Don't think that her name had not first wafted across my subconscious somewhere behind my fore-brain's foggy backdoor. In fact I consider theKittygirl my search model or archetype except with a different style, approach and a different take.

We like variety don't we?
Same fierce dedication to Hive yet able to relate to the newest of newbies.
Solid background in social blockchain dynamics, solving user problems on the fly before breakfast, gentle as Mother Theresa yet won't take crap from an unhinged Hive whale, self important Dev or wingnut.
If fact I hope to discover that diamond-in-the-rough not to add to @thekitygirl's plate but discover the perfect compliment to her as my replacement Moderator when I am all but a memory, This way it maintains the 'Decentralization' of Hive power policy.
At least the results will give me something to work with in finding our new super MOD! The ground work has been laid.

We talked and we both think it should be someone that is younger and that Crimsonclad or Alexandra would be a good super user and MOD as well @kerrislravenhill!

It is not about filling a position but about entrusting the responsibility to someone who truly understands the work. And you sellecting someone with the right knowledge background and experience is always a wise thing to do.
Absolutely correct, that is a pretty decent standing and position to fill.

Yeah, there are many of them here in hive that has a 💯 accurate determination, focus and the intentionality to see hive soaring higher in the sky.
