wow this is beautiful especially the light reflections on the trees
I like how you describe the process, like the red barn being an afterthought but it totally makes the whole thing pop with that warmth. The snow details on the branches are so satisfying and that highlight on the edges is just right. Super good job on this one for the sketchquest

I know exactly what you mean about the paved path being difficult you pulled it off though, it looks naturally covered in snow. And removing the blue flowers was a good decision, the focus is all on that inviting barn now.
you nailed that trees perspective. If you ever revisit this, maybe try a bit more texture into the snow on the path so it feels deeper. But honestly? This already looks like a finished print.
I saw the one without a filter that looks good but this one with a warm filter is much better. Without the blue flowers my eyes could focus on the red barn
