Some of my Best Picks.

Hi, I'm back with another contribution to Gaming Photography community and this time I'm going to join Gaming Photography Weekly Contest - Theme: Best Picks showing and talking about My Best Picks in RDR 2.

I was close to Kamassa River at Roanoke Ridge, NH where I decided to make my horse Rick a model for some special photographs. So I sent him into the swamp there and I used the grasses around for these captures. How do you like the details?

I watched Mufasa: The Lion King a few days back. Do you understand why I'm talking about that movie? Well, do you see where and how Arthur stood there? That platform does look like the hill stone where Mufasa stood at the end.

Being the cameraman, I jumped into the swamp leaving Arthur behind there and I was looking for some cool frames and I guess I successfully found some.

I don't remember what I was doing deep into the forest, was probably exploring around and suddenly noticed this wrecked wagon with two dead horses.

It looks like the horses died of their injury as there were no one to cure them. Awww, poor horses.

I tried an aerial frame of that moment. Damn, now I think I should've tried some effects on this frame to try different vibes.

I was at Valentine and saw this train was leaving the station so to stop it, I went ahead of it and the driver stopped the train. I was thinking of hijacking the train but some gunmen started shooting me suddenly.

I let the train go and took Rick to get a little away from the train. There I put out the rifle just to give it a old-style robbery vibe. The train kept stopping without me on its way cause my next mission had the train in the cinematic part. Yeah, everything is planned.

I recently tried this special photograph where I didn't use the real environment, but tried some effects/filters. Did I say some?

Yeah, I tried more.

And more. It was the same frame, same moment, I just changed the effects/filters and I liked these three the most. Which one do you think is the coolest?

Another aerial view and this time you're seeing two farmers farming and a guard was guarding the farmers so they don't waste times on the field.

It was the same moment of the one above where I showed the aerial photography. I noticed these birds were flying around when I froze the frame and I tried these angles later.

I was on my way to Saint Denis atm, and then I noticed this man was carrying this big sack and was walking ahead. First the wagon stopped him and then me. Dude got angry and moved away fast.

Here I'm finishing the post for today and I'll come talk about more special RDR 2 gaming moments in Gaming Photography.

"The screenshots are my take but properties of Red Dead Redemption 2."

The graphics and attention to detail in this game are just mind-blowing.

The photos of Rick in the swamp were really cool. The way you used the grass to frame him was impressive. That part where you compared Arthur’s pose to Mufasa’s scene in The Lion King was really fun.

Haha glad you caught the Lion King reference. The swamp scenes turned out better than I expected.
