Nights that Shine in RDR 2.

Hi, I'm back with another contribution to Gaming Photography community and this time I'm going to join Gaming Photography Weekly Contest - Theme: Night Photography showing and talking about Night Photography in RDR 2.

There was a widow whom I helped survive in the world alone. After completing some side quests with her, she decided to move to the city to have a better life. After the last goodbye, I decided to stay back for the night there.

When it was time for sunrise, I left that homestead and was getting fresh air while staring at the waterfalls. This moment felt calm.

It was another night, but I had to turn the night into daylight, so I set up my tent and decided to sleep for the night there. I don't know, maybe I had to fight some bounty hunters later in the middle of the night.

Sometimes, I don't get to set up a whole tent when I decide to sleep, especially when I need to turn daylight into night, and after the daytime gets to where I want it, I mean, at nightfall. I found the camp has only a campfire and some blankets close to it.

There I was riding Buell through a dense lake in the dark. The moon was not seen at that moment, but the sky was clear enough.

After I wrote for a moment, the moon started to come out of the dark clouds, and the whole world was getting more light.

I like this one. It was another night and it had a good charm.

I was passing a river line riding Buell, and this part was thicker than what I showed before. The moon took over behind a big tree at that moment when I was staring at it.

I just had to stop there, because I really liked the starry sky from this side of the forest. The hills added good touch in this photo.

There is a trick in this night photography. Actually, it was daytime when I was riding through a dark tunnel and it looked darker than nightfall. But I even had to put out the torch otherwise I was not seeing anything at all.

That's St. Denis at nightfall. I showed part of the city's nightscape before, and I guess I'm going to do that again and again and maybe again.

Here I'm finishing the post for today and I'll come talk about more special RDR 2 gaming moments in Gaming Photography.

Your sunrise moment near the waterfalls is very relaxing. Sometimes simple scenes like that make the game world feel alive. It’s nice how you took a moment to breathe and enjoy the view.

The ride with Buell under the dark sky was so amazing. The slow appearance of the moon from behind the clouds looked amazing. Little moments make nighttime travel feel mysterious.
