Night Photography in Red Dead Redemption.

Hi, I'm back with another contribution to Gaming Photography community and this time I'm going to join Gaming Photography Weekly Contest - Theme: Night Photography showing and talking about Night Photographs in RDR 2.

It's been a long time since I last visited St. Denis. I even forgot the name of the town, damn. So, it was a long time ago when I was riding around the town in the dark and noticed this fine street light.

I stopped there to capture these photos. There, the color contrasts, the faded lights, the gloomy environment, everything make the moment beautiful.

It was the night when we came back to St. Denis from the Island of Guarma. Man, I miss the island, the beauty of that island. I need to look for a way to get back there and do some photographs.

Anyway, I noticed this bird flew past me when I was riding.

And you know how much I like to make birds the model for my night photographs. And I started doing my thing there, with the angles this time.

I didn't try no effects this time, I was just playing with the angle of the lens, to make the moon a food of the bird. Sometimes, the bird was carrying the moon by its legs and sometimes it uses its mouth.

Leaving the bird alone, I went back to Arthur, who was dying to get to the amp. I tried a jump at that time, which gave me this special frame. Just a perfect Moonlit frame.

Leaving all the models alone, I tried to communicate with mother nature. There was this treeless leaves leafless tree that looked cool in the dark. I looked for a good angle with the tree and the moon this time.

When I took a turn at the farmer village near St. Denis, I noticed a farmer was walking carrying a sack on his shoulder.

And at that moment, it looked like I was chasing the moon, ain't it? It was a gloomy night, with dark clouds on the sky but the louds didn't affect the moon from showering down with its light.

I didn't ignore the tiny fox in the dark, that looked me as a threat even when we had a good distance in between.

I was gonna keep the two shots above for a future time but my gut said, these may be the sole reason of me getting a good spot in the winner list, so here I am.

Here I'm finishing the post for today and I'll come talk about more special RDR 2 gaming moments in Gaming Photography.

"The screenshots are my take but properties of Red Dead Redemption 2."
