Cinematic Shots of Fighting O'Driscolls.

Hi, I'm back with another contribution to Gaming Photography community and this time I'm going to join Gaming Photography Weekly Contest - Theme: Cinematic Shots.

I was onto a camp of leftover O'Driscolls that I noticed inside a forest. They took me down the first time I tried to take them down in stealth and I went back again, and again, and again.

I went back to the camp at the restart and this time I went towards that man whom I failed to kill last time from another side. I hid in some shrub to check if he sees me.

Then I put out a Tomahawk and right before I threw it, that man noticed me and screamed to let the others know. The last thing I noticed the Tomahawk hit him.

As the rest of them started shooting at me and was closing in, I ran out of the forest and jumped on the back of a running wagon. The driver of the wagon didn't notice me so he kept driving.

I went back from another side and I noticed my target didn't die. So I threw another Tomahawk towards him and this time the Tomahawk hit right on his head and he was gone.

The others noticed me again and started shooting at me so I ran to safety and I took cover behind a rock to check their movements.

As I didn't have enough Tomahawk for all of them, I decided to try a different stealth approach so I called Buell and took the bow out of my armory.

My plan was to become Robin Hood and put an arrow for everyone's eyes, of course one each. But when I was trying to get to their back, some of them shot me from the house so I had to escape again and I took cover behind a tree on the other side.

I understood it couldn't be stealth but I could at least try being Robin Hood so I started shooting the O'Driscolls with arrows who were shooting at me and that's was my first target.

I understood my target fell so I used the photo mode to get as close as I could to him and I Noticed the arrow hit him perfectly, which made him fall down.

Here I'm finishing the post for today and I'll come talk about more special RDR 2 gaming moments in Gaming Photography.

"The screenshots are my take but properties of Red Dead Redemption 2."

This whole fight is so cinematic. You're sneaking through the forest and landing that perfect Tomahawk hit. It’s such a cool moment of payback. Well played brother and all the best for the contest.

Thanks a lot. I'm hoping the contest goes as smoothly as that fight did.

The part where you jumped on the running wagon was awesome. It felt like something like a movie. It was risky but the coolest part of the game.

Risky, but those moments are always the most fun to pull off. Though I thought the wagon driver would stop and shoot me.

That Tomahawk scene looks intense. The way you described switching from stealth to Robin Hood mode fits the cinematic theme perfectly.

Switching to Robin Hood mode was too fun to resist. And I wanted that moment to feel cinematic and a bit cheeky.
