Qurator´s Photo Quest: Metal.
Hello, my distinguished friends of this community. It's been a while since I posted, but thank goodness I'm back, and I couldn't pass up @qurator's contests, which, as always, are very interesting.
Hola mis distinguidos amigos de esta comunidad. Tenia mucho tiempo sin publicar, pero gracias a Dios estoy de vuelta y no podía dejar pasar los concursos de @qurator´s que como siempre, son muy interesantes.
This time, the theme is METAL. Metal has been used since ancient times, when gladiators made their combat weapons from it, or when they used it as a knife for hunting and eating.
En esta oportunidad el tema es METAL. El metal es un elemento que se usa desde tiempos antiguos, cuando los gladiadores hacían sus armas de combate con este material, o cuando lo usaban como cuchillo para cazar para poder comer.
This material is very important due to its multiple uses and its malleability, allowing it to be used in so many things that we even use it in the kitchen. In these photographs, I used a sheet of aluminum foil (which is also a metal in a different form) as the base for my background. As you can see, it's very delicate, as all the marks left behind when I placed the screws on the foil.
Este material es muy importante debido a sus múltiples usos y su maleabilidad para emplearlo en tantas cosas que hasta en la cocina lo usamos. En estas fotografías usé una hoja de papel de aluminio (que también es un metal en diferente forma) como base para el fondo de mis fotos. Como pueden observar es muy delicado ya que al colocar los tornillos sobre el papel quedaron todas sus marcas.
