Feminism and Machismo:

Since women raised their voices and were recognized as part of the workforce, this idea has not yet been fully realized, as women continue to have a double workload: housework and going out to work to help with the household finances, since inflation grows every year and erodes the prices of everything.

Sexist attitudes remain prevalent in society, although many men are now aware that without women's help they wouldn't have all the things they dream of for their families. There are still men who say that housework is women's job, but there are also men who are organized and know that otherwise they wouldn't get what they want.

In our latin culture, men are accustomed to not doing any housework; they only contribute to the household finances. Thank God I had a husband who helped with the chores, but he didn't help with the children or with caring for the elderly.

Much research is still needed before the community fully accepts that housework, like office work, is an equal right for both men and women. Currently, we see many women working in the construction sector, and they do it very well. Many men don't sit down to help their children with homework because they say mothers have more patience than they do to teach them.

Times have changed and continue to change rapidly, so maintaining good mental health—for men, women, and the marriage itself—requires organizing and planning all household tasks, especially if both partners work. Children need more time with their parents, and parents need that downtime to enjoy family time together for overall well-being.

Hola amigas y amigos de esta comunidad. El mundo de la mujer siempre ha sido el de mayor carga en el hogar ya sea que sea una madre soltera o sea una madre que deba trabajar para ayudar con los gastos de la casa.

El Feminismo y el Machismo:

Desde que la mujer alzó su voz y fue reconocida como parte de la sociedad laboral todavía es la fecha que no se cumple en su totalidad esta idea ya que la mujer sigue teniendo doble trabajo, el del hogar y el de salir a trabajar para ayudar con la economía de la casa ya que cada año la inflación crece y se come los precios de todo.

El machismo sigue teniendo gran actividad en la sociedad, aunque muchos ya son conscientes de que sin la ayuda de la mujer no tendrían todas las cosas con las que sueñan para la familia. Aún hay hombres que dicen que el trabajo de la casa es para la mujer, pero ya hay hombre que son organizados y saben que de otra forma no obtendrían lo que quieren.

En nuestra cultura latina el hombre está acostumbrado a no hacer nada de los quehaceres del hogar, solo cumplen con la economía de la casa. Gracias a Dios yo tuve un esposo que colaboraba en los quehaceres, pero no me colaboró ni con los niños ni con la asistencia de los mayores.

Todavía falta mucho estudio para que la comunidad acepte que el trabajo de la casa, como el trabajo de oficina es por igual un derecho que tenemos hombres y mujeres. En la actualidad vemos a muchas mujeres trabajando en el sector de la construcción y lo hacen muy bien. Muchos hombre no se sienta a hacer tareas con los niños porque dicen que las mamas tienen más paciencia que ellos para enseñarles.

Los tiempos han cambiado y continúan cambiando vertiginosamente, así que para mantener una buena salud mental el hombre, la mujer y el matrimonio como tal, se debe organizar y planificar todas las tareas de la casa y mucho más si los dos trabajan. Los niños necesitan más tiempo con sus padres y los padres necesitan ese tiempo de descanso en el que aprovechan de tener juntos en familia para que la salud en general sea buena.
