It means TGLD will maintain the peg of 1:100 with GLD doesn't matter if it goes up or down. Right now, the price of SPDR GLD is $371 and the price of TGLD is $3.71. If GLD goes up 15%, TGLD will go up by 15% and it's the same for opposite situation. If that's only case you might be thinking why you need to buy TGLD when you can directly go for GLD. Obviously, there is extra advantage to TGLD. Some of the advantages of TGLD are
