Small Black and Red Grasshopper

I'm not sure what kind of grasshopper this little creature is. However, according to a friend of mine, this black and red grasshopper with very long antennae is said to be a horned grasshopper. Perhaps someone here knows for sure what kind of grasshopper this is. I found it in a garden near a small river. It was very easy to photograph because this grasshopper is not sensitive to movement, meaning it's not like the grasshoppers found in rice fields. The actual size of this grasshopper when I photographed it was about 2 centimeters or so.

Even if it is indeed a horned grasshopper, its classification is as follows:
