📷 Photofeed Contest - Wildlife Photography: Round 154 - Wasp
Hello photography lovers ❤️📷
Hello @photofeed
Photo Contest:

At first glance, it looks like a fly, but after searching online, I honestly couldn't find one that looked exactly like the one in the photo. Finally, I asked via chat if this was a type of wasp. This wasp is very beautiful with its striking colors (orange, black, and dark blue). This wasp is also not aggressive. As I tried to photograph it, this wasp was not aggressive, did not fly, and appeared calm. Quoted from Wikipedia: Wasps are flying insects that are easily recognized because they are known to sting when disturbed and because of the striking colors of some species.[1] Wasps belong to the order Hymenoptera, which also includes ants and bees. Wasps are sometimes mistaken for bees by laypeople.
