Night in the City

On our way home with my husband after a parent-teacher meeting at my first child's boarding school, to get home faster, we agreed to take the city route. Along the way, I photographed three locations that were relatively quiet. The road I took was Jalan Tulung Agung. The city atmosphere at night is indeed quite quiet, especially this stretch of road along Tulung Agung. The combination of night, the city atmosphere, several restaurants, and a few drivers shows that the city environment never sleeps, meaning there are always people still active, even though I took this photo around 2 a.m.
