Hiking, trekking, or climbing mountains is certainly a great physical (and mental) exercise. It teaches us many things, as you mentioned. It tests one's resolve, endurance, willpower, and what else. It also allows us to discover more of ourselves. Doing it every week is a wow! Keep it up :)
