Just like many ladies on Hive, the Ladies of Hive community was my first home. I had so many firsts here. First post, first win, first support, first contest, first friendship, and so many more “firsts”.

What song or piece of music would you dedicate to the Ladies of Hive on our anniversary, and what makes it meaningful?

This community is a proof of love and oneness.
I have shared my most poignant stories in this community than anywhere else. I have been encouraged, cheered, and guided by the ladies of this beautiful community.
I have also been privileged to make good friends here and some of these friendships have transcended beyond the blockchain.

The Ladies of Hive community is open to everyone, and not just ladies. It’s a home to all and accepts you whenever you show up.

What we have going on here is beautiful and I love it here. I love how I learn from the experiences of other ladies, and how I am I am being guided with so much love and support.

The moderators of this community are wonderful people, they aren’t just moderators but kind humans, trying their best to guide and support women from different parts of the world. They’ve rendered support to more ladies than you can think of and to think they have been doing this for years is, amazing.

It’s been five years of existence, five years of building and thriving. We’ve watched top communities come and go but the ladies of Hive community is waxing stronger and stronger. Hitting the 5-year milestone is no easy feat.

In the spirit of our anniversary, I dedicate this beautiful song to every lady who is part of this great community.

The title of the song is Stand up for the Champions by Said Fred. This song is a celebration song and is sung to celebrate victories and achievements. We are celebrating 5 years of our existence on this immutable blockchain and we sure as hell deserve to sing as many victory songs as we desire.

We are all champions, we’ve all fought so many silent battles, cried, lost hope, struggled, etc. In all, we keep showing up, we keep showing up because that’s what champions do! They never surrender, they always win!

This song isn’t just for our anniversary but it’s for every member of this community who is a champion.
