PhotoFeed Contest - Macro Photography Round 132 // Evolution of a flower
(Edited)
Greetings dear friends, welcome to my blog. I am participating again in PhotoFeed Contest - Macro Photography Round 130. On this occasion, I am sharing the evolution of a flower called Cosmos and also Mirasol.
I really like flowers, and cosmos are one of my favorites. They resemble daisies and come in a variety of colors. I am landscaping my garden, and I planted this plant a couple of months ago. It took a while to bloom, so I was delighted to see its first buds and excited to see what color its petals would be. At first, the buds are very small and quite closed, so I waited a little longer to begin capturing the cycle of its evolution.
Then, the color of its petals begins to show.
The bud opens quickly, revealing a beautiful orange flower with a center filled with small balls that open up and gradually develop into small yellow flowers with red stamens.
When the flower has fully developed, there are many small flowers and red sticks in the center, resembling candles on a cake or small fireworks. What do you think?.
This has been my participation in the PhotoFeed Contest - Macro Photography Round 130
